Shipping policy

our artwork will be shipped by CANADA POST.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email so that you can follow the progress of your package.

Packages are delivered Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

A signature is required upon delivery, if you are not at home, a paper will be given on your door so that you can collect the package within an additional 7 days.

Shipping fees are included for local shipments within the province of Quebec.

Additional charges will be added for all international shipments. The canvas will be mounted on a wood base and sent by mail, with a 21 business day delivery time. If you are outside the local area, the estimate of the additional cost will be forwarded to you within 48 hours via email at feeriedesarts@gmail.com.

PLEASE NOTE THAT HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, NATIONAL HOLIDAYS AND THE PERIOD BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR ARE NOT COUNTED IN THE 21 WORKING DAYS DELAY.
